Breakfast: Lots and lots of fruit (Strawberries, blackberries, pineapple, honeydew); coffee
Lunch: Bran & rye crisps w/ pea hummus; raw cauliflower, carrot, radish, and grape tomatoes; Tazoberry bottled juice/tea
Snack: Fig bars; more coffee
Didn’t feel like cooking dinner: Lots of blue potato chips; raw broccoli, carrot, radish; glass of riesling
Dessert: Coconut sorbet & more wine. At least I ate all those raw fruits and veggies. :-P

Supper: Soba noodles w/ asparagus, avocado, dill, and lemon juice

Lunch: Mixed greens salad w/ radish, cucumber, orange bell pepper, and cauliflower in Follow Your Heart vegan ranch dressing (so good this stuff!); rye crispbreads
Snack: Justin’s PB cups; sweet orange tea
Supper: Soba noodles w/ lemon juice, avocado, dill, and steamed asparagus; Virgil’s cream soda
Snack for later: Blue potato chips

Dinner: Mushroom tacos w/ pea hummus, steamed collards, radish, and avocado on yellow corn tortillas; grape tomatoes; sweetened green tea
Planned dessert: Coconut sorbet

Snacks: Strawberries; Larabar; sweet oolong tea
Linner: Veggie sushi; raw collards
Snack: Blue potato chips; coke

Supper: Canteloupe; red quinoa cooked w/ lemon juice & basil; steamed broccoli & power greens; avocado chunks

Lunch: Leftover veggie dumplings with steamed carrot & baby spinach / kale / chard
Snack: Justin’s PB cups; sweetened rooibos tea
Dinner: Cornmeal-crust pizza topped w/ walnut oil, white bean puree, sweet potato slices, greens tossed in lemon juice, and nutritional yeast
Snack later: More pizza, duh!
